1. The Service
RoomEditorAI provides AI-assisted room visualization tools that allow users to upload room images, choose design options, enter prompts, and generate makeover concepts. Generated results are visual suggestions only and are not professional architectural, engineering, construction, safety, or interior-design advice.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement and meet the minimum age required in your country. You are responsible for providing accurate information, protecting your login credentials, and all activity under your account.
You must notify us promptly at info@roomeditorai.com if you suspect unauthorized account access.
3. Free Credits and Paid Credits
- Eligible new accounts may receive promotional free credits, currently intended to allow up to two image generations.
- Free-credit availability, value, limits, and eligibility may change or end at any time.
- Credits are a limited license to use generation features. They are not currency, have no cash value, and cannot be transferred or resold.
- A credit may be consumed when a generation request is submitted, including when a result is imperfect or does not match personal expectations.
- We may restore a credit when a generation fails because of a confirmed technical error on our side.
4. Payments, Pricing, and Taxes
Prices and package details are shown before purchase. You authorize our payment provider to charge the selected amount and applicable taxes. Prices may change, but changes will not affect a completed purchase.
5. Refund Policy
Except where required by law, purchased credits and completed digital services are generally non-refundable once credits have been used or generation processing has started.
For duplicate charges, unauthorized transactions, or confirmed technical failures, contact info@roomeditorai.com within 7 days of the charge. We will review the request and may issue replacement credits or a refund where appropriate.
6. Your Content
You retain ownership of content you upload. By submitting content, you grant RoomEditorAI and its service providers a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, copy, transmit, process, modify, and display that content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, improve, and provide the requested service.
You represent that you own or have all necessary permissions for uploaded content and that it does not violate privacy, intellectual-property, publicity, or other rights.
7. Generated Content
Subject to applicable law and these Terms, you may use generated images for personal or commercial purposes. However:
- AI outputs may not be unique, and other users may receive similar results.
- We do not guarantee that any output is accurate, original, error-free, suitable for construction, or free from third-party rights.
- You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publishing, selling, relying on, or using them commercially.
- Do not rely on generated images for measurements, structural decisions, electrical work, fire safety, building compliance, or purchasing decisions without professional verification.
8. Acceptable Use
You may not use RoomEditorAI to:
- Upload unlawful, harmful, abusive, deceptive, infringing, or privacy-violating content.
- Upload images of a private property, person, or copyrighted work without appropriate permission.
- Generate illegal content or content intended to facilitate wrongdoing.
- Impersonate others, mislead people about authentic photographs, or violate publicity rights.
- Probe, disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, scrape, bypass limits, automate unauthorized access, or interfere with the service.
- Resell accounts or credits without written permission.
- Use outputs in a way that violates applicable law or third-party rights.
9. Intellectual Property
The RoomEditorAI website, branding, software, interfaces, designs, documentation, and related materials are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the service to you.
10. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created security or legal risk, abused credits, engaged in fraud, or failed to pay applicable charges. You may stop using the service at any time and request account deletion through support.
11. Service Availability
We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features, models, credit requirements, limits, pricing, or third-party integrations may be changed, paused, or discontinued.
12. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service and all outputs are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, or results.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RoomEditorAI and its operators, affiliates, and providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, property decisions, or costs arising from use of the service.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability relating to the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to RoomEditorAI during the 3 months before the event giving rise to the claim or USD $50, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
14. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless RoomEditorAI and its operators from claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your content, your use of generated outputs, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of another person's rights.
15. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the business operator of RoomEditorAI, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Before filing a formal claim, you agree to contact us and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days. Mandatory consumer rights in your country remain unaffected.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as the service develops. Updated Terms will be posted with a revised date. Continued use after the effective date of an update means you accept the revised Terms, where permitted by law.
